Build 1.0

Deciding on the Tech Stack

I decide to build the project solo and spend the week testing various tools

This part took a while but after many conversations with my developer partner and various LLMs, I now have a tech stack.

The main decision is I will be building an iOS app with Swift. Since I already have experience building apps for Apple, this was the most logical choice.

I already created a PRD with Gemini and started building the architecture with Antigravity IDE. This will be my main vibe coding tool but I intend to switch to Codex and Cursor when needed. I also tested Bitrig, which is fantastic but I don't think I need it until after I ship the project.

I tested a few design tools but I quickly returned to Figma. I actually enjoy the design process more than any part of building so I will give myself the time to get nerdy about details and design core screens the old school way. I am however getting inspiration from x1 about the flow.

I will build the voice agents with Elevenlabs. I have been wanting to create something with their API since I attended Cansu Akarsu's talk at Even Founders Startup School. I think the realism and voice sentiment are amazing and I simply couldn't find another product that matches the quality.

For in app payments I will use Revenuecat and for the marketing, I don't have any plans but to build a landing page with Framer and create a waiting list using Brevo.

I am still discovering new tools and evaluating how they can fit in this product, but for know these are the foundations.

Create a free website with Framer, the website builder loved by startups, designers and agencies.
